Welcome! This giveaway is for the lovely attendees of the Spring 2024 Vintage Bazaar. The Color Consult will be in person for those living within 30 minutes of Portsmouth NH. Don't worry if you are outside the area - we can easily do the appointment over Zoom! The Color Consult is for one room. Jessica will analyze your room and listen to input on your ideas. You will receive a virtual color mood board with photos of your space and suggested colors. Large swatches of suggested colors will be sent directly to your home at no extra charge. You will also receive (2) two Sherwin-Williams vouchers for a free gallon of paint.  This Color Consult is valued at $250. Please see the terms and conditions.

       Terms and Conditions for Giveaway

     

•  Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Vintage Seat, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

•         Entry Period: The giveaway begins at April 19, 2024 and ends at April 21, 2024 11:59pm (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

•         How to Enter: Participants can enter the giveaway by filling out an online form found on www.thevintageseat.com. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

•         Prize: The prize for the giveaway is a Room Color Consult. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $250. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

•         Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

•         Notification: The winner will be notified via email, e.g., email within [7] days of the end of the Entry Period. If the winner does not respond within [7] days of notification, another winner will be selected.

•         Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow The Vintage Seat, LLC to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

•         Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize. The Vintage Seat, LLC will not be liable for any taxes or other expenses incurred by the winner in connection with the prize.

•         Release: By participating in the giveaway, participants release and hold harmless The Vintage Seat, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.

•         General Conditions: The Vintage Seat, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by The Vintage Seat, LLC in its sole discretion.

•         Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of NH, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

•         Winner List: To request a winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to The Vintage Seat, LLC , 36 Maplewood Ave, Portsmouth NH 03801. Requests must be received within [14] days of the end of the Entry Period.
